I help overwhelmed and exhausted moms make breastfeeding and sleep work together—without choosing one over the other. Through personalized support, in just two weeks, moms feel confident feeding their baby (nursing, pumping, or both), protecting their milk supply, and building healthy, independent sleep habits that don’t require weaning, cry-it-out, or sacrificing connection.
Your Breastfeeding & Sleep Struggles—Solved. 🙌🏻
If you’re running on empty, wondering if your baby is getting enough milk, and dreading another sleepless night… you are not alone. The constant second-guessing, the endless rocking, the tears (yours and theirs) — it’s enough to make any mom question if she’s doing it right.
I help you cut through the confusion and finally feel in control. We’ll work together so you will be able to confidently read your baby’s hunger cues, understand each cry, protect and grow your milk supply, and make breastfeeding feel natural and pain-free.
I’ll also help you teach your baby to sleep longer stretches by recognizing their sleepy cues, creating a safe and calming sleep space, and building predictable rhythms that work for your family.
You don’t have to keep surviving day to day. With the right guidance and real-time support, you can have more milk, longer sleep, and the peace of knowing you and your baby are thriving.

"After experiencing a dip in my milk supply, I went from pumping just 10ml to 105ml in a single session, all thanks to Amanda's expert advice. I’m incredibly grateful for her and her invaluable knowledge!"
Hey Sweet Friend, I’m Amanda! 🤍
After feeling intense pressure to breastfeed—both from my job as a breast pump sales rep and the financial reality of not being able to afford formula—I struggled deeply with my first breastfeeding journey. I was also completely shell-shocked by how little sleep I got in those early postpartum weeks because I had no idea how infant sleep worked.
I faced postpartum anxiety, nipple trauma, and the constant urge to have my body back. In addition to these challenges, I didn’t make it to my breastfeeding goal of a year. My lack of education led to a supply drop, causing my daughter to stop wanting to nurse altogether.
Desperate for sleep and unsure what else to do since I couldn’t nurse her back to sleep, I turned to “cry it out” because it was the only answer I could find on Google. The confusion, desperation, and anxiety I felt during that season are exactly why I created my programs—so no mom has to face those moments alone.
Now, I help families protect their milk supply, reach their breastfeeding goals, and teach their babies to sleep in ways that bring peace, confidence, and rest to the whole household.
